DRIVE-ON LEAD SEAL PACKER

ARW Drive-On Lead Seal Packer is commonly used in the gravel packing completion of production well. The Lead Seal isolates the gravel sand from casing-tubing annulus by applying some weights on it.
ARW Lead Seal Packer is run by applying slightly knocking on the string weight at the setting depth. The weights inflate or expand the pack-off against casing wall and the packer will securely hold against normal upward. The design of ARW lead seal packer and accessories comes from auto desk/CAD program machinery and long time field experiences. It will hold the screen liner stay for longer time.

Running Procedure:

• Make up packer on the tubing string by swaging tool
• Run in hole and feed into Tie Back Adapter (TBA)
• Apply weight slightly knocking to set the packer
• Release tubing string by turning to the opposite of the string connection which is mostly right hand direction
