TENSION SAFETY JOINT

ARW Tension Safety Joint applies certain torque value while pulling it straight upward to release. The release pressure limit varies depend on number of screws used. The sub joint holds a Shear stress when certain weight is applied on it and transmits torque through an integral splinted section.
ARW Tension Safety Joint is a straight pick-up Shear release tool that commonly used when rotation of the tubing is impractical. This is a fully locked safety joint that allows full tubing torque applied through the joints without loading the screw with shear.
This tension type safety joint is built with a set number of Screws, which are easily added or remove in the field site to adjust the shear value.
