BLAST JOINT/FLOW COUPLING

ARW Blast Joint (Flow Coupling) is a thick walled tubular components for down hole string completion to prevent sand blasting effect to the tubing that usually come from open perforations. It is placed as part of tubing string in front of perforations. The Coupling Ends design also can minimize the inner flow turbulence effect when it is screwed on tubing's at its both sides. As the fluid may content abrasive solid particles, the use of this ARW Blast Joint will improve the tubing string’s resistance of abrasive solid particles.
ARW Blast Joints is fabricated to meet with common Outside Diameter (OD) of tubing and is available in various sizes and lengths.

APPLICATIONS:

• As a Tubing Coupling where there is a change of Tubing Inside Diameter (ID).
• As a Tubing Coupling in front of perforations
