MODEL "RT" SPLINED THERMAL EXPANSION JOINT

ARW Model "RT"  Thermal  Expansion  Joint was developed  based  on  proven existing expansion joint design for high temperature application such as Steam Injector.  Utilizing  the ARW Thermal Seal, the stinger is sealed effectively and  efficiently. The rugged tool design make the seal is able hold differential pressure resulted from upstroke and down stroke movements up to 3000 lbs/ft. torque and 3500 PSI within the body section during down operation..        
Beside expansion and contraction during injection  and production operation, ARW Model "RT" Thermal  Expansion  Joint can be also used in between packers to allow stroking and rotating for setting and releasing packers.  The ARW Model "RT" is available in options from  low to high temperature applications and from 4 feet up to 20 feet length.
