HEAVY DUTY (HD) CUP PACKER

The ARW (Accurate, Reliable and Wearable) Heavy Duty (HD) Cup Packer is molded from a durable,  oil-gas-steam and abrasion resistant rubber compound where high pressure is applied on it's manufacturing process.  Thanks to the new design  of  interconnect  reinforced  spring  steel-wires  and  high  grade steel plate which resulting an high flexibillity of cup and  equal-distribution down force  through the cup body. The cup made of 80-90 sour "A" durometer compound  HNBR as the standard specifications. It can be exposed on high pressure and high temperature up to 350  degree F, it has an optimum abrasion resistance and high tensile.

The ARW HD cup packer is designed with positive sealling-off on wide range of size casing. It is excellent in pressure washing job application,  selective zone completion, down hole cleaning tools, zone isolation and other work over and drilling tools.
